Welcome to Animal Crossing! Population: growing up!
Anyone who has played Nintendo's quirky yet awesome GameCube game Animal Crossing may or may not recognize these characters. Since the characters in that game look extremely cartoony and 'kiddy', I thought it would be interesting to give them a more 'mature' style. They were done in pencil, then inked over, then coloured in pencil crayon. No Photoshop was used here.
Clockwise from top-left: Animal Crossing guy, Animal Crossing girl (do those two playable characters even have real names?), Tom Nook, Totakeke/K. K. Slider, Mr. Resetti. I trust that they look a bit...different than the lovable runts from the actual game. Oh, and while I'm in the mood, here's another Animal Crossing-related thing:

Enjoy!

Of course they do; you give them their names.
